The Lonnie Hill Country Gospel Old-Timey Music Show is filmed in Nashville, Tennessee and televised Saturday nights at 8:00 p.m. on Decatur, Alabama's oldest T.V. station WYAM TV-51 which broadcasts throughout all of Alabama.

The Lonnie Hill Show will be debuting July 8th on Decatur, Alabama's own WYAM-51 at 8:00 p.m.

Lonnie Hill, was born and raised in Decatur, Alabama and moved to Nashville in 1983 to pursue a musical career. Since then, Lonnie has crossed paths with many of the country music legends such as Roy Acuff, Porter Wagoner, Hoyt Axton, Sonny James, Stonewall Jackson, Kitty Wells, Johnny Wright just to name a few. Some of those legends became friends and were quick to share advice!

Lonnie's television show is reminiscent of the country music shows in the era of the Porter Wagoner Show, The Wilburn Brothers show,The Ozark Jubilee with Red Foley,That Nashville Music, and who can forget the hilarious Hee Haw? Tune in and enjoy country and old-timey music just the way it used to be with nostalgic performances from the Cripple Creek Squaredancers. We present a variety show featuring special music guests and at other times you might hear the host, Lonnie, singing a song he has written or his favorites from traditional country.

Braden Hunsicker plays fiddle playing breaks and lively instrumentals.          ...and no show is complete without a visit from funnyman.

Farmer Red Bob, tells humorous stories from down on the farm.

(his Uncle Henry's moonshine still, coon hunting trips, and his Aunt Hattie who dips a pinch of snuff at times, e.t.c.).
